Lowry caused the ball to move. Addressed it, swung to the left of it and caused it to move. This is the most obvious penalty there is. Control the face and where you swing. Golf 101.
I already feel like I don't understand the rules of golf. And if Lowry doesn't get a penalty for his ball clearly moving on 11, then I *really* don't understand the rules of golf.
