Every summer I get nostalgic for the feeling of a new Harry Potter book or movie coming out. I know that sounds ~so millennial~ of me but those days were so exciting and whimsical.

If we can miraculously come up with BILLIONS of dollars for wars, covid relief, etc., then this country should pay teachers at minimum $100k per year. Teachers are the literal backbone of society. How are they so disrespected with pay and time demands? I hate it here.
