Apparently theyâre shooting entirely on 65mm which Iâm really curious about. They tried to do that on the first two but couldnât find a way to make it work given the shooting conditions. So excited to see what this ends up looking like.
Denis Villeneuveâs DUNE: PART 3 is being shot on film. The previous two instalments had been shot digitally.

I feel like open matte stills/releases can be often beautiful, really cool to see, while also not being the intended (or even good) way to watch it.
