"If you're not obsessed with improving yourself, you're settling for a life someone else designed. But once you taste control, over mind, body, money, entrepreneurship becomes the only logical next step. Build. Share. Scale. Or stay stuck wondering why nothing changes."

Highly recommended human skills in this era: - Being empathy - Giving constructive feedback - Finding solutions instead of blaming others - Separating what you can control from what you can't - Focusing on what you can control

I agree. Becoming a regular somewhere create a new comfort zone that makes life more peaceful. Changing dopamine to oxytocin. Better for long term.

my favourite life hack: become a regular somewhere. find a cafe you like, tip well, and keep coming back. eventually you stop being a customer. they save your table, friends drink free, your stuff lives behind the counter, strangers become friends. as a neuroscientist stop
