I'm not trying to pick on him, it's just sorta wild to go from winning the most expensive House primary in American history to putting up like, pre-retirement numbers for 3 quarters in a row.

Police allowed people into the Capitol on January 6. 300 people were permitted to enter through the Upper West Terrace doors. Watch the whole way as it gets better and better. I'm the guy with the US flag bandana that the officer opens the door for at 1:02. Follow me for more

Rep. George Latimer continues to be a rather lackluster fundraiser, bringing in $54,190 in Q3. He raised $94,955 in Q2 and $72,456 in Q1. That's just over $220,000 for the whole year.

Here's an interesting FEC spot: Tom Daschle, the Senate Democratic Leader from 1995-2005, gave $1,000 to Sen. Susan Collins in September.

Sen. Susan Collins has raised $1.9 million since July 1, per FEC filing. Graham Platner’s campaign has said he’s raised $4 million since launching his campaign in August, while Gov. Janet Mills’s campaign says she raised $1 million since launching yesterday.

Musk indicated on July 1 that he would donate to Rep. Thomas Massie, who later said he was "extremely thankful to have Elon Musk's financial assistance." Massie's campaign filed its Q3 FEC report this morning, which covers July - Sept. There's no Musk contribution in there.

Somewhat at odds with Stephen Miller's characterization of anti-Trump protesters as "elderly white hippies."
Mike Johnson: "We call it the Hate America Rally that will happen Saturday. Let's see who shows up for that. I bet you you'll see Hamas supporters, I bet you'll see antifa types, I bet you'll see the Marxists on full display, the people who don't want to stand and defend the

The next closest ad campaign is the $41 million effort to support California's redistricting measure.

Rep. Rob Bresnahan's (R-PA) stock trading habits look a lot different these days, following public scrutiny. He hasn't made an individual stock trade since June, per his filing. Today, he filed a PTR showing ETF purchases, which aren't controversial.

Sam Altman says ChatGPT will include “erotica for verified adults” come December.
We made ChatGPT pretty restrictive to make sure we were being careful with mental health issues. We realize this made it less useful/enjoyable to many users who had no mental health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue we wanted to get this right. Now that we have

🔬 The Science Behind HerbsNOW For growers who want the why, here it is: 1. Oxidation is the real enemy. Terpenes don’t volatilize until 100°F+ (many close to 300°F). That means “heat fear” is misplaced. The real terp killer is time + oxygen = oxidation. The longer buds sit

(Not my opinion, just my read on the situation) Sorta reminds me of George Latimer. The whole point of him running was to kick Jamaal Bowman out of office — he pretty directly told me that he didn't have major ambitions for his own tenure in office. https://t.co/pB8uEveCW6

I think the theory of the case for Mills is that her #1 task is to just beat Collins, who’s historically been really hard to beat. Once that’s accomplished, you can run whoever else in 6 years and it won’t be as hard.
I appreciate the intentions here - but man, if you have to make a promise like this right out the gate, why run in the first place?
