@SCOTUSblog Here is what this means: porn will now split between compliant sites (e.g. Pornhub) and noncompliant sites (superporn, offshore sites). Red states lack the will to regulate VPNs or ISPs or even block illegal sites in their states (like abortion pill sites) so not much will change.
