Yep, my sister owns a gym in Dallas and a lot of her clients are 60+. Thru them she’s seeing how running and heavy lifting wear and tears to knee and hip replacements, chronic pain, and stiffness. Gotta balance it. Diet, pilates, yoga, mobility, fasting, and rest.
