From further down the road called the dog. He’s sat on a bike worth another dog (boxer) also no collar or leash. The first dog then proceeded to stop and bark at a woman. Owner completely ignored this and continued on down the road… people like that should not be allowed dogs!

Stood outside the tube on the phone and a labrastaff comes bounding up to me, no lead and no collar and starts jumping up at me. I’m a dog guy so tried to keep it down at which point it started to get a little aggressive. After it bit through my coat and I shouted out the owner..
