Recruiting is all about relationships. It’s about who you know and who they know.

I am one who tries to keep things simple and straightforward. Recruiting for me is no different.

Every recruiter wants to make placements, to put talent to work, to deliver quality candidates to their clients. But not every job order is worth working and not every candidate is worth working with.

Do you plan consistently? Do you like planning? Most would answer yes to the first question and no to the second. I am the exception because I answer a resounding YES to both questions.

There are a number of factors that contribute to the success of a recruiter – or any sales professional for that matter. But one thing absolutely HAS to be there in order to achieve success: belief.
