I remember getting trapped by floods at Staunton on Wye when trying to get to Llandrindod Wells. Spent the night with the then head of West Midlands CID and his wife in the Youth Hostel, no heat but at least a bed! Next morning drove back to Forest of Dean until roads passable!!
This remarkable video by Ben Moreton is a trip along the A438 this afternoon, which is the main road from Hereford to Wales. Donāt drive through road closed signs or through flood water.

Recommend, but make sure you arenāt driving!!
Twice yearly, we hold a night at True Friendship Lodge 218, where we have the Loving Cup. This tradition has been with our lodge for 250 years. For many #Freemasons, it's one of their favourite evenings in #Freemasonry & one which every #Freemason should add to their Bucket List.

I am patiently waiting to read what is inside the cover. Having enjoyed book one I am keen to see the historical details and modern twists this intriguing and scholarly author has accomplished in book two and of course the following books three and four!!

Have just diarised the pre-order dates for books 2 & 3 of this series, looking forward to reading more of the goingās on at the court of Henry the Eighth from this scholarly author with a depth of Tudor historical knowledge and a modern link and twist

Reminds me of the chef who came out of the kitchen demanding to know who had taken a fish dish that had been booked by another brother . The only time I saw a senior brother quiver!
Many people have eaten food from his kitchen and gone on to lead normal healthy lives
