literally, like i love whiplash (2014) for example, and people are like i can’t watch it bc i don’t support fletcher and he’s horrible or whatever, yh mate that’s the point.
i think people need to understand that movies aren’t always about morally good things and that art is sometimes going to be provocative. if you can’t handle that i suggest not watching anything that requires any amount of media literacy and below surface level thoughts.
