I find this fascinating because centrists in theory have all they ever wanted, a technocratic government filled with middle managers with no strong beliefs & yet, rather than reflecting on why they’ve been so thoroughly rejected they default back to blaming those darn lefties.

To be clear, both received bigotry, and it's not a competition my point is that there is a subsection of fans that seem to apply it to any criticism her era gets which I just haven't really seen in the same way.

Why is it that people still apply the logic that most of the criticism for 13s era is misogynistic but nobody ever claims racism when Ncuti's era receives criticism? Just seems like a weird double standard to me.
