The fact that all this was dragged into the tribunal is despicable. It's completely irrelevant. And the purpose was to scare people away from complaining, knowing that their worst behaviour is going to be dragged out in court.
This rubbish that a working class or challenging upbringing is some sort of excuse for 'racial slurs' is simply rubbish and should not be accepted. It is ordinary working class people that have so often led the fight against racism.

What TIPs want is to be seen as the opposite sex. They're not arguing for unisex spaces. They're arguing that they should be treated as the opposite sex. And that only really works if there's hardly any of them. Hence the internal policing of "true trans". It means "just me".
1 / I strongly disagree with this. The distinction between ‘traditional transsexuals’ and ‘the newer style of transgenderism’ is way too simplistic and certainly not helpful as it doesn’t help us to understand the bigger picture of how ‘trans rights’ erode those based on se x,.
