It was great to be able to attend @LlantwitMajorSc this morning to help promote the @islanders_girls rugby Hub & Girls rugby in general. Good to talk to the younger generation about what is available to them in there local area/region. and what their pathway can look like.

It was a pleasure to be able to attend and represent The Welsh Rugby Union at The Memo Arts Centre’s Careers fair in Barry today. A good opportunity for people to come along and ask information about the WRU apprenticeship and how they can get involved. Amazing for all involved!

Amazing to see how far the EPP U16s girls have come along in a short amount of time. Our first in-house Game tonight showed the real talent of these players. Great to get some referring experience as well. 🏃‍♂️🏉
