If /when WW3 happens, I’m not saying there isn’t a country that would use nukes (I think it would be a weaker country like N Korea, Iran etc.) It seems more likely to me to flood a country with drones and take out exactly what and who they want, likely after taking out the grid.

I wouldn’t be surprised if whoever buys our bonds ends up having one of the best trade deals, and other assurances, probably paired with a variety of threats. I don’t think anyone is just going to buy them.

Just my opinion, if bitcoin replaces the dollar like some are saying, it will eventually be as regulated and controlled by the government.

It probably won’t happen all at once, however if it happens with any one of these it will cause serious problems and won’t matter what or who causes it.

Necessary materials/equipment being the minimum needed for our society to function and defend ourselves. Medicine, medical equipment, metals, energy, food, transformers, tools transportation, weapons, electronics, etc.

I’m probably not paying attention or listening to the right people, but I don’t hear many talk about the risks involved in the US not being able to produce necessary materials/equipment. The current trade war is imo a minor example of what can happen.

What’s the worst case scenario for the US aside from nuclear war, total grid failure, or the like. I have 2 scenarios. 1. A 1984 situation (many x worse than right now) and 2. We get to a point where we can’t produce anything, and countries stop trading with us.
