I don't ask for a lot. But one of my wife's really good friends needs prayer. She's an amazing woman, pillar of the foster community in Vegas, & has 3 little girls she adopted under 5. She suffered a severe injury a couple days ago & has been unresponsive. They are talking

@jmbenson1491 Thought I’d pass this trick on as well. My son has horrible anxiety. He uses the 678 method Eyes closed in a quiet place. Breathe in through the nose for a mental count of 6 Hold it for a mental count of 7 Exhale through though mouth for a mental count of 8 He repeats

@jmbenson1491 I have a verse I say over and over when anxiety strikes. Philippians 4:13 I can do all thing through Him who gives me strength. I say it aloud until my body calms. Maybe this will help you too.

Thank you, mark. I really need as much prayer from all my friends as I can get tonight. I have some breakthrough moments but it's still sometimes very, very difficult times thank you and God bless you.
