A bit of context for those upset about the 15 yr old who died recently as those who wanted help were put on hold when calling 911. Toronto police have had years to fix this. Here's a CBC investigation our team did FOUR years ago warning of issues:

Anyway, just observations from a rider. I’m sure others would have suggestions too. If the system is going to be as unreliable as it is, they could at least do some free/easy things to mitigate the inexorably declining service. Ty.

4/ Cleanliness: TTC told us each station now has a station manager. So why hasn’t this one been cleaned for days? Very little pride of ownership or concern for ridership experience it seems.

That means customers now have to navigate the entire 300m depending on where your route now arrives. Why?

3/ At Eglinton Station-a major bus terminus-there’s a long L shaped platform where buses arrive. It’s likely at least 300m long. It used to be all Eastbound buses arrived in one section, and Westbound/Northbound buses in the other. Now they’re all mixed.

2/ Can you see what’s wrong with this? Why is the escalator going the wrong way?

There are so many little, simple fixes @TTChelps could do to improve customer service. May I suggest some here. First: can you see what’s wrong with this? Why not alert customers when a line goes down BEFORE they pay to enter a station only to realize they’re now stranded? 1/
