My mistake it was a 24-9 PR and backed it up with a 24-7 later in finals.

Jenna did well but didn't advace to finals in Hammer Throw. Justin also had a top 3 jump for himself in Triple Jump but didn't make finals.

What great long track weekend. 1200 miles of driving, seeing two of your kids compete at NAIA Nationals was priceless. Justin took 3rd in Long Jump with a new PR 24'-7" or 7.54m earning All-American. So far he's matched our marriage year with his jump distances. @justin_gleason

What a great weekend at NWC for GPAC championships. Great to watch @justin_gleason win TJ with a nearly 2' PR of 47' 8.5" and Long Jump 2nd @ 23' 9.5".

Another great video showing spinal energy and perfect arm drive. Note the hands crossing the hips, elbows open and close. We used a flight of steps two at a time to feel this. Almost effortless. Thanks @TheDavidWeck for posting these great vids. @OwaGirlsTrack @OwatonnaBoysTra.
