We decided to update an old video on V60 papers, so did way too much testing and found some interesting stuff so now I have new opinions on the subject:

Today's video is something a little different, but I promise it is an entertaining little moment in modern/speciality coffee's history:

Today's video is mostly for people starting out in their espresso journey (and, if you're already mastering your espresso, it is hopefully one you can share with friends who are just getting into it!) https://t.co/j5s3y6k4aK

It's finally done, the Tiramisu recipe is here: https://t.co/HXfdalYZRJ As recipes go, this is reasonably nerdy - but optionally nerdy too. Somehow, after literally hundreds of tastings... I still quite fancy some tiramisu.

People have asked - yes I'm in the other place now: https://t.co/e6Xs5eRZOe I'm not going to promise to post much there (fair warning), though this place hasn't done much to encourage that in some time. Anyway...

I foolishly made the mistake of buying something from @WilliamsSonoma and goodness me, this is an astonishingly terrible online experience. (I had a similarly terrible time with Walmart online once). Why are they all so bad at online e-commerce?!

On the offchance anyone here can help: Someone is impersonating me online. They've built a website full of Amazon referral links at https://t.co/xKxSrjowNx It is very annoying. I've reported to the hosting service etc, but don't really know what the options are. Ideas welcome!

I'm aware this is a very hopeful request - any help getting it front of the right people would be amazing, be it a retweet or a direct share. Thank you! (Yes, I'm collecting data for the book...)
