Hi @YorkshireWater Im all for protecting our precious water atm but please clear up the difference for me and others. Why is using a bucket to top up a pond/hot tub etc ok, but a hose is a no? You're using the same amount of water and if anything, a hose is less likely to spill!?.

Hi @SheffCouncil Why are blue and brown bins free to replace but black ones aren't? Ours has a split down the side through no fault of our own.

Hi @Tesco, just had my grocery order delivered from your Saville Street store in Sheffield. The driver Andrew was excellent. We had a nice conversation as I unpacked and didn't feel rushed. Not sure if branches mention good customer feedback to their drivers but please do.
