Exactly - this is why pickleball will soon become significantly more popular than tennis. Think about someone who hasn’t played either sport before- which one will they have more fun playing for the first time? Tennis is too hard. (And a less efficient form of real estate)

People have been asking me to rank my favorite events. (anyone who saw my PPA MN post match interviews knows I have way more fun with doubles than singles) it goes something like this:
1. Men’s doubles
2. Mixed doubles
3. Singles

There’s discussion on whether or not pro pickleball should have 2 timeouts per game. I don’t think it’s necessary for doubles. But if I’m playing pro singles in the summer, against anyone other than grant bond, I tend to use both of my timeouts in the first half of games

Agree with Ritchie. The Hustlers were overrated by casual fans coming in because of their run in Mesa. They’re a middle of the pack team. But there’s the counter argument that having Frisco Clean cause in their group single-handedly makes their group worse than ours.
