#COVID19 #NoVisitorPolicies need to be updated to allow fully vaccinated individuals to be welcomed back in to the point of care to support their loved ones during their care & during death. We can not continue to block & intentionally separate families during critical moments.

More companies should tell employees it's fine if your kids show up on Zoom when you're working from home. This isn't a sign of someone being unprofessional. This is a sign that you're a human being.
