Great work by @DrVinayakV and @SamyuktaMD on the importance of patient navigation and support as a critical element of comprehensive care in oncology.
We need to support & guide patients with cancer BEFORE they're diagnosed. Early patient navigation is a rare intervention - both highly valuable AND cost-effective - that's worthy of investment! . An op-ed I wrote w/ @SamyuktaMD on this: via @statnews.
