Making Every Day Count an initiative to reduce length of stay. Early days of implementing this in @LTHTAMS. A focus on ensuring that time spent in hospital is purposeful, delays for patients are minimised and discharge planning is proactive.

Was a pleasure to be present in Bristol yesterday to learn headline findings of this Bariatric Surgery RCT. Team will formally present data at BOMSS meeting in June.
The 17th of May is an exciting day for the BBS study, we are presenting initial findings to our investigators in a face to face meeting in Bristol, we'll be sharing views and comments and future plans, great to see so many of the BBS team in person.
