This makes me so thankful for people like @kelslee777 @usacycling who are working toward more transparency and a safer world for athletes. Sports are hard enough without abuse, and it’s extremely important to address it.
We all need to thank the 11 brave women who spoke out and held Patrick Van Gansen accountable for his abusive treatment and inappropriate behaviour. I’ve seen first-hand how difficult it is for victims of abuse to come forward. You have made our sport a safer place. Thank you
