Universal Design for Learning (UDL) requires both firm goals AND flexible means. Without firm goals, students may not fully grasp the purpose of the options we design, making it challenging for them to become agents of their own learning and meet academic standards.

Stop telling teachers to "work smarter, not harder.". Start asking why they're working nights and weekends in the first place. Teachers don't lack time management skills. They lack time. Just think about how crazy this math is. 150+ students × 5 minutes of feedback each =.
