And so she scrolled through her phone and waved it at me triumphantly. It still wasn't from me and I told her so. She seemed extremely put out that I wasn't this other person. Should I have apologised? 😎.

A very odd encounter this evening when a woman came up to me and absolutely insisted that I was someone else, (of whom I had never heard, incidentally}. It didn't seem to matter how many times I denied being this other person, she actually said she would find an email from me.

Just finished watching the compelling Department Q. Terrific, even if set in Edinburgh rather than Glasgow. Great dialogue, my favourite being the cheerfully abusive characterisation of the hero’s cop team as “Team Doolally”. Just fab.
