The closure of BookLooks was surprising, but its regeneration at another URL is not! @ulleryatintell has the essential info - looking forward to more updates.

Early days to be sure, but I've personally seen how such collaborative efforts on the Hill (and in state legislatures) can lead to constructive change - especially with committed leadership, as is clearly the case here!
The discussions seemed promising and relevant at the moment, but how these ideas play out in the fledgling Congressional Popular Arts Caucus of lawmakers, however, remains to be seen.
