Lot of chatter about the App Store Freedom Act introduced recently. @AAF has a paper on the bill laying out what it does, the goals of the bill, and whether legislation is necessary in light of ongoing legal challenges to many of these practices.

A little Monday morning update: This week will be my last at @AAF. I've decided to embrace my true calling as the guy who yells at students on the quad that they are going to hell for having fun. But that means AAF is looking for a new Director of Tech Policy
