Hey, @AlaskaAir I’m a 23-year MVP Gold flyer. Stumped by why flights from @FlyPaineField to Phoenix are $900 each way in August. It’s either insanity, meets demand of the naive, or your attempt to cancel these when no one buys. Any explanation?

Hey @onepeloton - have been a huge fanboy for 5 years. That brand loyalty is about to go right in the toilet. Right now it’s don’t ride, no shipment of replacement parts (two bikes) and no credit. Unacceptable.

and @onepeloton one would expect a refund on a rising monthly fee since I can't use either of my two bikes for maybe weeks. That's in the works, right, since I'm a treasured member?

False. I have two bikes. Both are in the recall. Had to call customer service to confirm since I received no email. This brand used to be held in the highest regard by me. You are on a downward slide. We don't matter as much as we used to.
