Wouldn’t this plant already have to meet strict STAR program limits for this pollutant? Regardless of Trump order? .Or did the Trump order trump STAR? Or maybe the Biden rules were more stringent than STAR?.
In July, Trump gave a Louisville formaldehyde plant two extra years to comply with Biden-era pollution control requirements. Homes sit 500 feet from the plant. Nearly 2,000 people, including hundreds of children, live within a mile.

Feeling stressed about all the stories I need to write, and that is manifesting in anxiety dreams. Last night I dreamt that I could only reach sources by fax. I literally stood in front of a fax machine all night.
