It’s high time we find safe spaces, applicable techniques and maybe therapeutic methods,platforms and sessions for men because the struggles many of them are going through they don’t know how to cope,share,deal with or even adapt and they’re ending up in dark places
My heart bleeds for men struggling with school fees. I was there in 2019 and felt ashamed and a failure when I told my family I could no longer afford it. That changed. Bro, don't be ashamed when you can't afford something, but take the initiative and find a better alternative.

A while ago, I was chatting with a Female Colleague at work. She mentioned that she cooks EVERYDAY. Her family doesn’t eat stale food. She has 2 kids. A 10 year old boy and a 7year old girl. I kept thinking about what she said for sometime as I became uncomfortable.
