Hey @verizonfios, when are you coming to the North Fork?! 🤣 Had them for 7 years in Brooklyn and never had one issue with our services or things they promised. And if they screwed up, they usually made it right.
I hate coming here to call out companies, but @optimum is atrocious. Among the myriad of issues, one of their agents sold us on a package promising a $500 gift card to use towards our bill after 3 months, when in reality the uses are very limited and no one wants to help.

Q for @googlephotos users: I recently started backing up media there to save phone space. But I want to re-edit a video from 2 years ago. How do I re-download videos to my phone? I know how to with photos but looks like saving videos to files is only option (incredibly annoying).
