Anthropic has a really clean way of balancing this imo. Super values-driven but they also say: "In order to for our loftier ideals to flourish, we must first be respected as a business." We've adopted that framing internally at @Optimism
Everything would be better if we stopped talking about the values of Ethereum and instead started talking about the value propositions
