Lets stop talking about training women as women. What does this mean and what is it based on? No one is talking about training men as men. TRAIN AS ATHLETES. If you do this, ovarian hormone profiles will automatically be included, same as every other aspect of your physiology is.

This is not hard. It’s called transparency.
Those selling fitness expertise should reveal if they’re on hormone augmentation, peptides, etc., and I’ve talked extensively about that. I also think the longevity folks should be up front about their injections of fillers, laser resurfacing, hair transplants, etc.
