If I'm Cuomo, I think these results make you question any establishment figure coming to you and saying that their internal poll shows you beating Zohran in the general.

If you think SCOTUS is going to consistently apply its holding to Democrats and Republicans, you have not been paying enough attention.
Basically everything Biden tried to do - ban noncompete agreements, student debt forgiveness, cracking down on payday lenders, etc etc etc - was immediately blocked by nationwide injunctions from the Fifth Circuit. Next Dem president may have just been unshackled.
