The same social effects that drive NIMBY attitudes in housing also drive education policy. Education and housing should both be abundant and affordable. The reason they are not is bad governance. Itโs a choice. Choices we can and should fix.

This case is wild. And you donโt have to be a legal nerd like @CaseyMattox_ to appreciate just how out of control this ruling is.
The judge's opinion in our case is disappointing. She claims that NJ parents do not have a "possessory interest" in a minor's blood and skips the fact that newborn blood is still kept - and used - without parental consent.
