If you want to understand the politics of ESAs and school choice policy generally, look no further. Nearly half of Democratic voters want to use these programs while nearly all Independent voters do. That's why these programs are nearly untouchable in a political context.

This case is wild. And you don’t have to be a legal nerd like @CaseyMattox_ to appreciate just how out of control this ruling is.
The judge's opinion in our case is disappointing. She claims that NJ parents do not have a "possessory interest" in a minor's blood and skips the fact that newborn blood is still kept - and used - without parental consent.
