Glenn added that he wanted to spike it after getting the first down, but then another official said it was fourth down so he wanted to avoid confusion and just get out of the half. Also added, he regretted not going for a Hail Mary.
Aaron Glenn said part of the reason they went into halftime without running a play was to “avoid confusion” after the refs were unclear initially on if they’d gotten a first down.

I think it’s fair to qx Mougey now on choosing Fields over retread QBs like Daniel Jones and Mac Jones who have looked really good and good and were available for cheaper 💰

On the bright side: Jets didn’t quit… cut down on the mistakes, looked like a disciplined team - they just have a bad QB.
Reminiscent of Saleh ahead of the Raiders game when he said "it's a race to 20" The sideline reporter before today's game shared a quote from Glenn saying the team (paraphrasing) "first needs to learn how to not lose before it can win" The Jets may have just cloned Saleh.
