OK let’s pump up the pressure. The Range, B&M & others that have stayed open should also repay their biz rate relief: In November, boss of B&M, which stayed open through the lockdowns paid his offshore family trust £44m in dividends as it saved £38m from Biz rates. Disgraceful!
