If you're involved in training as a TPD in any specialty this is worth a read. If you're a surgical TPD it's very very worth a read.

If anyone is looking for a fellow job this is a great chance to gain experience on oncology with a view to an ST3 application. Lots of innovative work going on to improve training in the dept too. .

@DGlaucomflecken I don't think med students & residents should be forced to do research. It just adds to the noise without much signal. I agree with Prof Altman's statement in the @bmj_latest from over 30 years ago.

'a solid 8/10 for induction. people actually seemed like they cared. and when things weren't right they tried to fix them'. Think that's one of the best things I've heard in weeks. Super proud of our amazing MedEd, Med HR, Security and IT teams. Well done all.
