I run every day for 20 minutes & if I miss a day, I add 20 minutes to the next day. This has truly been a game changer. Tomorrow, I'm supposed to run for 4 months.

Came 2nd at a stacked local today! I’m really happy with the team and how I played (besides a couple of throws) - it was great to see everyone and I’m looking forward to Birmingham now 🥳 congrats to @AuraRayquaza for winning! 194/🇺🇸

Had an insanely unlucky run at Stuttgart, with almost half of my Scale Shots and Dracos missing, but I’m really happy with how I played despite finishing 4-4. Such a fun weekend with the UK gang and meeting some new faces - even more excited for Birmingham now!

Saturday: Both Liverpool and Manchester City lost. Sunday: Arsenal beat Tottenham 4-1. Monday: Manchester United lose at home to 10 man Everton. Tuesday: Manchester City lost again. Wednesday: Liverpool lost again while Arsenal beat Bayern Munich. What a week.

wolfey's video was tough to watch. people really need to understand boundaries and consent, and to recognize parasocial behavior. it's been a really disappointing and heartbreaking last few months in the pokemon community.
