This. Unless you have high LTV and no vc-backed players in your space paid ads are a soul destroying money pit.
I already tried ads repeatedly and ROI was always negative. I hired the best people in the industry and ROI was still negative. I think the reason is basic economics:. I compete with VC-funded companies with $100M balance sheets who happily enjoy negative ad ROI if it means.

Added a few nice QOL improvements to the @boordsapp edit view today, including: . - Collapsible frame, display, and copy options .- Updated icon set in toolbar .- Minimised header icons when the side bar is open (because "screen real estate")

we recently added this nice little scrubber so folks can get a peek at their storyboards without opening them from the dashboard. didn't think I'd get to say "nice little scrubber" in a professional context today.
