Love the suggestion of pickle juice for cramps in @bbctms - I recommend for my patients with liver disease who get cramps. Want a job in my clinic??

Sarah Olney: All of Committee done without any sight of impact assessment. When finally published, no assessment of impact on vulnerable communities. Did they not listen to...listening all the witnesses who spoke about the impacts on vulnerable people.

I think terms 'tsunami' 'epidemic' should be banned from X and presentations by non public health experts who have a professional vested interest in hyping the prevalence of their personal clinical specialty. Anyone else noticed the 'tidal wave' of these terms??
