🗞️In summary, I still don’t fully understand #fibromyalgia, but that’s OK, no-one does. The strongest evidence supports a ‘top-down’ central process, but there are also bottom-up drivers. Psychological factors such as ACEs have an impact, but are unlikely causative....(8/9)
