It being Pardew 1st game was impossible to prepare for as we didn’t have a clue on their personnel or formation, on the day they were far to superior & professional which was such a shame as I can’t ever see a Prem club visiting Crabble again, in Kinnear we trust 👏🏻

Hess & Trig have never signed a player that has brought value to the club, any manager is only as good as who they recurit, Kinnear’s biggest strength was his eye for a player & his management to nurture & progress them.

Kinnear built clubs not just teams both Dover & Margate on both his tenures, progressed dozen of lads to reach their football league dreams, I can only think his match day suit & pre season dress sense held himself back from managing in the football league 😂

it’s quite simple it’s down to the coaches to enforce unacceptable behaviour, all it means is the player sits next to me on the bench they soon get the message, already a massive shortage of refs , parents should know better you can be passionate without being abusive

Totally agree, however when are schools going to have the funding, facilities & coaches for our children to maximise their sporting potential ? Primary school football was a massive influence in my life many schools don’t even have a pitch these days
