their case in court. How can one conduct a defense if they don’t have access to internet, photocopy machine, a phone, etc.?. Our friend’s right are being breached by the jail and the complex court processes. “I have been at the mercy of OCDC. No one helps me.”.

His hearing is under a publication ban. Our friend tried to argue that Justice Parfett should lift the ban because his matters of high public interest. The judge refused for now and will hear this at a later time. It’s so hard for self-represented litigants/accused to make.
