Upon hearing my South African accent, two young lads on a packed bus loudly called me racial slurs & sexually harassed me. Not one person intervened or showed any interest. It's this complacency in the face of #racism & #sexism that's the real pandemic in post-Brexit Britain.

There are children, vulnerable people & people who choose not to risk their health using this lounge. The policies were set for a reason. I find the staff's utter indifference to the law appalling. Could you explain why your staff are so blase when it comes to their duties?
