In May, I gave testimony to the Tennessee Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights over access to voting in Tennessee. The committee has now released an "Interim Memorandum on Access to Voting In Tennessee", as well as suggestions for moving forward (aš§µ).
