For the last year I’ve been trying to improve my attention span by reading 20 minutes a day, distraction free, in @omnivoreapp. Happy to report that last night my hard work paid off and I was able to watch an entire Ben Affleck movie without touching my phone once.

Was so tired this morning I listened to three minutes of a U2 song before realizing what was going on and changing it.
