20 mile plod round the local area, really lucky to live so close to Leeds city centre but also so close to some amazing countryside and running routes, elevation towards the back of the route kept things fun! #running @UKRunChat

Yesterday was the hardwolds 40 mile #ultramarathon which comes in at 46 miles across #woldsway #running #marathon. A brilliant day out and good solid run @UKRunChat #yorkshire it's becoming one of my favourite runs now! 🎽🏃🏃🏃
